The Tourist Guide Manual serves as a foundational resource and a comprehensive guideline to ensure the safety and well-being of both tourist guides and visitors. The said book was launched on 2nd February aftternoon at the Mutiara Exchange, Tungku.

It was inaugurated by Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abd Wahab, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The manual features dedicated modules outlining best practices before, during, and after each tour. The ceremony also highlighted the Career Progression Framework for Tourist Guides, first introduced in 2024. This framework is a strategic initiative aimed at elevating the quality and professionalism of tourist guiding services.
